was established in 1971 by the late Wilburn Hartley.

His goal was to provide a specialty service at an affordable price while
providing an enjoyable place of employment to those whom helped
in building a long lasting successful business.

There is over 200 years combined experience with this team
where think tanks are a regular routine.

Ron Kellner who retired in 2007 after 35 years, stills remains on
as a consultant.

Mike Conte who joined this team in 1981 is now
President and Operator.

Cindy Conte is the Majority Share holder
in this Woman owned company.
