FDM is PWA-97 and LCS approved.
For PWA customers this saves time and money as we do our own in house microstuctures allowing us to proceed immediately after testing.

FDM also has a wide variety of proprietary multi tooling
to help aid in cost and efficiency.

With 11 Vertical - Sinker EDM Machines and 4 Wire EDM Machines we can most always
make room for unexpected hot jobs that seem to arrive daily
helping you to meet that delivery schedule.

EDMing of blind holes, pockets, hidden areas,
irregular shapes, contours, precision keyways,
hexes, slots, splines, rosan serrations and threads
are just a small example of what we can do.


We can Wire EDM to 7.5 thick with taper
 depending on thickness.

Our Blanchard Grinding Services can accomodate work to a maximum of a 36" diameter x 12" tall.

Wet Flat Grinding capacity to a max of a 12" x 36" .

3 Axis CNC Machining with maximum of 16" x 40" Y X travel
and a 4th axis Haas indexer.

We build most any type of molds, gluing, test, holding fixtures etc.. to your specs and design or can help with design.

FDM also has plenty of conventional equipment
to accommodate the one z's two z's etc...
